3 Up Horiz. Laser W 2 Double Window Envelope, Self Seal
Ensure immediate attention! Double-window envelopes come preprinted with the statement "Important Tax Return Document Enclosed".
If you have employees, you need to report the salaries you pay them. The W-2 tax form that you fill up for reporting wages or salary paid to your employees is then to be sent to your employees as well as to the IRS. Use this double window self seal envelope for mailing W-2 tax forms and save valuable time.
Made from recycled paper, this envelope holds horizontal 3-up laser W-2 forms, also on offer at our store. The 24# confidential stock and the printed lining ensure that your privacy is protected. The two windows mean that you need not waste time addressing envelopes and no messing with glue and adhesives as the envelope comes with a self seal flap.
This will be the second year that I use this company. I gave 5 stars because of how fast the shipping is (standard). Take into consideration how far you are from the distribution center, it'll affect your shipping days. The only down side to this product, is any envelopes from the previous year can be used for the next year, however the self-seal gum sealant seems a bit dried out.
Good price and good service
