Printed on NCR paper, taking copies of these forms is a cake walk. All the information has been given its assigned slots, so as to maintain a comprehensive appeal. This works very well for those filling out the form as well as the data entry team that has to read these forms and update the information electronically.
Developed in keeping with D.O.T and I.C.C regulations these forms come pre-printed with the terms and conditions which covers your interest legally and also gives a clear picture to the client.
Even with issues, the product is what I need. It is always taken care of.
Bill of Lading forms came out really good - would've liked to see the carrier name printed down in the signiture box as well as on the top of the form.
Everything came in a timely manner and everything was correct with the printing and wording. I will always recommend them for Bill of Landing forms. They are a good price too compared to other companies.

i like them and keep reordering.
Easy Process and Professional Service. Definitely will order again!!
Very helpful customer service.
I have been this product since I originally needed a tool like this. It was easy working with print EZ. While on the phone they have always been able to get the order my company needed. Once my order wasn't right, and they corrected it promptly. We have been very happy and have told others about the service.
The forms from PrintEZ are exactly what we need at a great price. We were placing a reorder with the company name imprinted in two locations and numbered in sequence. The reorder option is so easy, and PrintEZ knows exactly where to begin the number sequencing on our Bills of Lading. The order arrived quickly and even had a reorder form included in the box for next time!
just what i was looking for
