These continuous 1099-PATR tax forms are a typical example of our efforts to come up with products that suit every conceivable need. While there are laser 1099-PATR forms also available in our store, we have these continuous forms for payers who use dot matrix printers. Actually, dot matrix printers, unlike laser and inkjet, support allow you to print multiple copies in one pass. Displayed here is 4-part 1099-PATR form used for reporting taxable distributions from cooperative societies.

The 4-part form is made from carbonless (NCR) and presented as three forms per sheet and printable on printers that can handle 9 inch wide paper.
