For check orders we can debit your checking account for payment.
New customers using check payment will have to wait 5 business days for check to clear. Production time will start once check has cleared the bank.
Once an order has been placed you will receive a confirmation via email. The confirmation will contain your shipping address,biling address, your order number and any other changes to your order.

- In the footer are enter your order no. and zip code.
- On the header, under my account, click on "my orders" You can check status, by either logging in or by entering your order no. and zip code.
If Print EZ has any issues with your order a customer respresentitive will contact you directly.
Pending means we have received your order and are in the process of filling it.
Processing means your order is in production.
Proof Faxed means a sample with your custom imprint has been faxed to you and is awaiting your approval.
Proof Emailed means a sample with your custom imprint has been emailed and is awaiting your approval.
Shipped means we have filled your order and it's on its way to you.
Patialy Shipped means a portion of your order has been shipped.
Cancelled means the order was cancelled by either the customer or by Print EZ. A customer service representative from Print EZ will be contacting you with more details.
Order On Hold means we are having an issue with your order. A customer service representative from Print EZ will be contacting you with more details.
If you are an existing customer from previous site we ask you to fill out the form posted in the reorder section.
We will register you in house and put up your order online, for easy reorder the next time you are ready to order.
