For check orders we can debit your checking account for payment.
New customers using check payment will have to wait 5 business days for check to clear. Production time will start once check has cleared the bank.
Once an order has been placed you will receive a confirmation via email. The confirmation will contain your shipping address,biling address, and order number.
You can check status by either logging into your account on our website or speaking to a customer service rep at 845-782-5832. We are available Mon-Fri during regular business hours.
If Print EZ has any issues with your order a customer respresentitive will contact you directly.
Pending means we have received your order and are in the process of filling it.
Processing means your order is in production.
Awaiting approval means a proof with your imprint has been emailed and is awaiting your approval.
Shipped means we have filled your order and it's on its way to you.
Cancelled means the order was cancelled by either the customer or by Print EZ.
Order On Hold means we are having an issue with your order. A customer service representative from Print EZ will be contacting you with more details.
