Overall I am satisfied with the result. How ever the reason why I cant give 5 stars is because the logo on the envelopes I ordered came out a little small. The preview that was sent to me did not indicate the size so I didn't realize it until they came in. Besides this my overall experience was great. Every time I called in the friendly staff was able to answer my questions and I will definitely use them again.

The only negative thing I would have to say is that I was told I would receive a sample to approve through e-mail after 24 hours and was it was ready a few days later.
