Your product is good and people in your office were great but your website is terrible. I wasted at least 1 hr trying to place my order online but when I called the office I found out that there is an ongoing problem which I knew because this was not the first time I tried to place this order online.
It was a fairly simple ordering process and PrintEZ had the weatherproof labels in the colors that we wanted. The first proof they sent, I didn't like. And although they never sent me the second proof to approve, they printed the labels and shipped them to us. We are very happy with the final result.
