We suggest using Product 307000 Black water based ink. The stamp comes apart for re-inking.

I have this stamp...not sure how old it is, at least 5 years, and I cannot move the red button on the side to refill, assuming that is the way it is refilled. 14/02/2019The self inking stamps can be refilled, You need to make sure it is a water Based Ink and How you do it is press it down until you can see the pad, put 2-3 spots of ink in different areas and then put the stamp upside down for 24 Hours.
It should reink itself.
Usually 5 years is about the life of a stamp.
