We suggest that before using imprinted tax forms W-2 or for that matter any other tax form, on a plain paper. Use this to check for any errors before running a final print command. This can save you a lot of heartburn as well as money. This is particularly true when you are using continuous tax forms, like the one on offer on this page, that give multiple copies in one pass.

We offer 4, 6 and 8 part sets of W-2 tax forms for electronic filing, which is mandatory if you plan to file 250 or more W-2s with the SSA.  The accompanying magnetic media meets all states’ requirements. Designed for two filings per sheet, this product is sold in packages of 25 sheets (50 W-2s). Larger orders are available at a considerably lower price per form.
