This is a 4-part filing set of W-2 tax forms for wage and tax statements, which means that the set does not include Copy A and the Employer’s Copy D. The idea is to use as little paper as possible. Copy A that is filed with the Social Security Administration may be e-filed and we expect the employer to retain a soft copy in the system. However, Copy A is also separately available (product #TF5201).

These are four forms printed on a letter size recycled and government approved 20# bond paper – four employees per page. The minimum quantity you can order is 25 sheets but check software compatibility before placing your order.
