Your product is good and people in your office were great but your website is terrible. It was a fairly simple ordering process and PrintEZ had the weatherproof labels in the colors that we wanted. The first proof they sent, I didn't like. And although they never sent me the second proof to approve, they printed the labels and shipped them to us. We are very happy with the final result. Only time will tell about the weather resistance ability.
