What I ordered and what I received were two different items. I ordered voucher checks as the picture on the left, I received voucher checks with lines on the stub instead of blank. The logo is so faded out you can hardly see it and the printing for the name of the resort, address and phone number are tiny. The numbering started over at 1000 instead of continuing the numbers we had. The first time I ordered these checks I was very happy, not so this time.

How do I select what the voucer part looks like? I want the one shown in the picture for check #55203N-- with the 3 columns: date, description and amount---but when I fill in all of the information, this does not come up

You can enter your order and on the checkout page there is a COMMENTS BOX. Please note the description of the voucher you are looking for (3 columns: date, description and amount) and request a proof be emailed for your approval.
