Laser W 2G, Winner Copy 1/ C

Tax form W-2G is used for reporting certain gambling winnings. While payers of those winnings report the gambling winning to the IRS in Copy A of the form, Copy B, C and 2 are sent to the winner for filing along with annual income tax return, for his or her records and for state income tax return.

Displayed on this page is Copy C of tax form W-2G – three filings per page - that the winner would want to keep in his or her files as a record.
