Meet government requirements! All businesses must submit a W-3 Transmittal with their W-2s.

• Paper Filing Due Date: To Recipient January 31st.
• W-3 tax forms are basically a summary of total wages and other compensation paid to employees in a tax year – transmittal of Wage and Tax Statement. To prepare a W-3 tax form you must add wages of all employees for the previous year and use them to complete the form. It is completed only when paper Copy A of W-2 tax forms are being filed. It does not apply to electronic filing and is not filed alone but accompanies the W-2s you file.
